FINISHING WELL IN
UGANDA
Over twenty people visited or attended our Basic Ministry
Training School in Uganda. Last night (Friday,
November 2), sixteen who completed the work required were sent out to minister
the Gospel to Uganda and the world. We
gathered for a meal followed by foot washing and the Lord’s Supper about 6PM
Uganda time. After we prayed for them
they went out to fulfill God’s purpose for their life and to help others do the
same. Our prayer is that they will
continue to grow to know Jesus daily and that He will flow through them to
touch Uganda and world for His Kingdom.
It has been a real privilege to spend the last month with
these young men who have a real heart for Jesus and His Kingdom. We have had the opportunity to teach them
God’s principles of personal life, family life, church life, evangelism and
discipleship. They have learned to keep
a journal and to pray for one another and the needs around them. Over and over again they have told us how
much they appreciate the training they have received. Many were already doing ministry but knew
they needed training so they could really touch the lives around them for
Jesus. Now they go out renewed and
refreshed ready to make an impact. Please keep these young men in your prayers
as they do the work God has for them here in Uganda.
