We've completed our basic chaplain training, and are in the process of receiving our chaplain certification and registration with (IFOC). The credentials that International Fellowship of Chaplains (IFOC) provides should open doors so we can help with disaster relief around the world. We will be continuing our preparations by taking an advance course in Crisis Intervention in July. We're also doing research on the things that are available to deal with disaster situations. As a result we've developed a personal web
page that tells about how to survive catastrophes. It contains a list of resources available
that can help people survive in a crisis situation. It is called "TheTruthAboutSurvival.com." Check it out when you get a chance, and pray
that God will guide and provide as we begin this important ministry. As we've shared people are often very open
to the good news of Jesus when they are in the midst of a crisis. What the
world sees as a bad thing can become a good thing if we take advantage of these
opportunities to reach them.
